SHIPPING POLICIES
Our Promise to You:
We strive to be leaders in the scrapbooking industry and especially in the die cutting market and how it relates to scrapbooking.
Our aim is to be able to answer all your questions and provide all your product needs quickly and efficiently.
We ship all orders within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, it will automatically be placed on backorder. We do not charge extra for shipping backorders. If there are multiple back ordered items on your order, it is possible that they may be shipped in multiple packages as we generally ship backordered items in as we receive them. If you want us to hold your order untill all the items are available, please let us know in the comments section during checkout.
Shipping options:
Within the USA:
There are no shipping costs for orders over $100 shipped within the continental USA, to APO or FPO addresses.*
Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping rate of $5.95*.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico or the Dominican Republic may incur additional shipping costs based on weight. Please contact us if you need to verify shipping costs before placing your order
*Certain heavy items on our site such as some tools and/or accessories will have a shipping charge added to them even if your order total is over $100. This will be clearly stated on the item page.
The majority of domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Packages shipped using the Postal Service are delivered by the Post Office and delivery time is not guaranteed, unless Express Service is used.
You may also request that we ship your package via Fedex. Please contact us for additional charges to ship via Fedex. These charges are based on weight and value. All Fedex packages include tracking, insurance and time guaranteed delivery dates.
International Order:
We ship packages to international addresses on a daily basis.
All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless you specifically request otherwise.
We charge exact shipping costs plus a $5.95 handling fee on all international orders. We use the rates at http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to calculate the shipping costs for your order. We will contact you with shipping charges once we have your order packed.
If your order fits in a flat rate Global Priority Mail envelope, it will automatically ship that way unless you request otherwise.
All other orders ship via Global Express Mail unless you specifically request otherwise. Global Express Mail, while usually slightly more expensive, includes, tracking, insurance and faster delivery times. We have found this to be an excellent way to ship heavier and bulkier packages.
As of May 14th, 2007 the United States Post Office will only offer First class, Express Mail or Priority Mail shipping on International packages.
If there are backordered items on your order we will contact you to see if you want to wait for everything or split the order.
We will always contact you before shipping your order if any changes need to be made.
If you choose to pay your order through Paypal, we will send a Paypal request for any additional charges.
Insurance is optional on all packages.
Please check with your local Post Office on taxes and duties which may be imposed by your goverment when you import goods into your country. Some post offices charge an additional fee to accept the payment of duties/taxes. We are not liable for any of these charges and these charges are NOT included in the prices on our website. Please take this into account when you place your order.
Insurance:
If you waive insurance on your order, regardless of shipping method or destination, you are responsible for any loss or damage incurred once your package is accepted by the post office.
Packages shipped via Fedex may not have insurance waived.
